Cambodia
Your order will either be in progress with our delivery company in Cambodia or be on back-order as we source more products from our suppliers overseas. We will contact you before your order is given to the delivery company. If you need more information, please contact us on either 061560765 / 015501332 / 0978700059.
Customers living outside Cambodia
Our International and NZ customers receive tracking information after the order is sent out. We use DHL, NZ Post or Posthaste couriers to send out these orders.

Yes you can, please order or pre-order from the Shop normally. After you have finished, please contact us via Facebook chat (https://www.facebook.com/organicbeautykh9/)or sophea@organicbeautykh.com.(mailto:sophea@organicbeautykh.com?subject=Website Enquiry) We will help you pay in your local currency and arrange your tracked delivery.
Sometimes we will be out of stock for some of our products, and we move fast to purchase more for our customers.
We order most of our products straight from our suppliers in New Zealand & Australia, and it usually takes around 1-2 weeks between purchasing and arrival in your country. For our Cambodian customers, we are able to pack up your order for delivery shortly after the product arrives.
On rare occasions, our NZ suppliers will experience delays and we will let you know on our Facebook page if that happens.

We have different methods available depending on where you live.
If your product arrives broken we will replace it for free.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
If you decide to return or exchange an unopened product, you must cover the return and delivery charge.
It will usually take 1-3 days to receive your refund or replacement product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
